Reprise:Natural Terrorist
I wrote this poem in March, 2002, in response to the insanity of human beings killing other human beings, what we sanitize as War--one our unelected president was about to commit on the most stable, least defensable, soverign nation of Iraq. I love the Earth, I respect her as well. We are fleas on the back of Mother Nature and when she gets irritated with our bad behavior and disrespect, she has her way of "shaking us off," not one at a time, but by the thousands.
