Farewell

The time has come that what we put together must be undone I go now not for lack or need for with you I found love complete A duty calls I can not refuse That puts me on this path I choose I see the pain in your eyes your words of hopelessness arise In this moment you feel you can’t go on But I say, “Live, my love, remember our song Each day we had a life time long Each breath we shared a sacred tune we hummed under a lighted moon.
