I have osteoporosis.

I'm only 54 and I have it. I am going to start taking Actonel. I cracked another rib yesterday, I was stretching to reach the floor of my car, to scrub it. I will need to start doing more weight bearing exercise. Walking is good. The only problem is that I broke another rib and can't do anything.... Sign in to see full entry.
