Oklahoma Joins the Rest of the US

How forward thinking of the legislators in Oklahoma to allow tattooist to set up shop just like the rest of the US: The Oklahoma Legislature gave final approval to a bill Wednesday to legalize the tattoo industry in Oklahoma, the only state that prohibits the trade.
