Have you ever gotten a paper cut on your eyelid?
Yeah, it's kinda like that. Stupid me! What do I really need to say? My eyelid stings, and I can't even exact revenge on that evil piece of paper I was waving about like a flag. I must remember, as much as paper cuts on fingers sting, they sting even more so on eyelids. Doh!
