THE TRADITION DU JOUR!!

Here in the great state of Ohio the traditional New Year menu consists of sauerkraut baked for hours along side a pork roast. The reason we eat this is still somewhat of a mystery to me. I do know the kraut is suppose to clean out the body so I understand the cleansing.
