Well folks...that's what you get from overdoing it at the gym! The patootie is killing me as I strive for the never-ending quest to re-shape the "problem" areas....apart from my daily water aerobics and light weight reps, I also started a stretching class and an hour-and-a-half abs/cardio/glutes...
