He just doesn't give a hoot...

I wish I had taken this picture, but I didn't. It appeared in today's Toronto Star, and was taken by Taras Slawnych. For those of you who know Toronto, he spotted this guy at Bloor St. and Royal York Rd., which is not downtown, but not exactly in the country either... Sign in to see full entry.
