Put de lime in de watermelon!!!

Yesterday, in a fit of culinary creativity, I decided to combine fresh lime with chunks of seedless watermelon. WOW! Try it! It was sooooooo good- we couldn't stop eating it! What do you do with bitter pills?

I have a problem that I'm not used to having to deal with so I'm asking this question... what do you do with bitterness? I have not experienced this very much in my life and I'm having a difficult time with it. The issue is that the company I'm working for took more than a third of my territory and... My Dad passed away 8 years ago today and I love it that I have the chance to memorialize him here! I am so very much like him- tall, green eyed, curly hair, that diplomatic laugh... We'll see what this brings. Last week was so stressful- the events took me from feeling like a valued person at the company to feeling shoved around and stolen from. The best movie of the year!!!

Yesterday we saw the movie "3:10 to Yuma." Wow, was it ever a good movie! It was a great story, incredible acting, heroics, friendship, adventure - and the characters were amazing. Very well preserved!!!

Wow- I just had to share this with you! Evidently, there was a mummy discovered in Argentina who is incredibly well preserved and is now on display in her well- preserved form via special climatic maneuverings...
