Our daughter became manic.

It's hard to write about two people without writing names so I'll give aliases for my twin daughters. Kelly is the oldest by one minute and Brenda is the youngest. When Brenda came home from a stressful camp in which she thoroughly enjoyed herself--but also was competing--thus the stress, she heard... Sign in to see full entry.

Washington State Education

The education where we live is very good up unto community college. The Universities are few and far between. UW has freshman classes with one thousand students When I went to the university of Colorado the freshman classes had 300 hundred students. I didn't do well there. I did much better at Metro... We Moved as a Family Two Other Times

The first time we moved for my sake. I went through a terrible depression and decided that I needed to get away from my family or I'd never be able to be my own person. My values are quite different from my parents and my brothers. I also needed to get away from my mother because I wanted so much... Sign in to see full entry.

My doctor first diagnosed it as an ulcer. The medicine only helped a little. Then I went on a trip out of town. There I got to the point... Sign in to see full entry.

Maui is an experience

That is so foreign to me--that I can barely imagine it. I went to the tropics once. I went for a summer to Costa Rica. I went during the wet season and it was cool. In the highlands it was the same temperature as it is at home in Seattle in June. So I missed out on summer. When I came back in mid... Sign in to see full entry.

What is paradise like?

According to what my husband has read, the people in Maui are very friendly and for seem intrusive like small town people can seem. The climate is warm and some parts of the island is dry. There are two mountains on Maui. There are several small cities. Ninety percent of the Island is owned by a few... Sign in to see full entry.

My husband works for a large company with sites all over the world. So he looked for jobs within the company and discovered jobs in Maui. The reason we are considering moving is that my twin daughters have a bipolar with psychosis. One of my daughters is doing poorly and she needs better mental... Sign in to see full entry.
