Rojak

Just the name takes me back to the old days and my first taste of the snack that provokes the sweet with the sour, the salty with the spicy in the passionate embrace of fruit, beansprouts, tau pok also recognised as light, puffy fried tofu, chinese fritters, also known as youtiao under the dressing...
