Special Day!

Stroke Awareness

March is stroke awareness month. A friend went to be with the Lord following a stroke in March of 1999. He was only 59. He left behind a wonderful wife and two great sons, one of whom was a tremendous blessing in my life for many years. I loved Darren very much, and the straw that broke the camel's... For What It's Worth

The recent school shootings are horrific, and tragic. School must be a safe place for all students, staff and faculty. Regardless of your politics, this violence is barbaric and awful and needs to stop. We can and we must do better. Simply offering "Thoughts and prayers," alone won't cut the mustard...
