Ukraine Parliament eyes slow vote count

KIEV, Ukraine, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- The Ukrainian Parliament Tuesday set up an ad hoc commission to investigate the slow ballot count from elections 10 days ago, officials said. Kremlin warms to peacekeepers in Syria
