What do you do with a huge cabbage?

Some of you might not like cabbage, if so ignore this post. My husband got a huge cabbage from a gardener friend. We cooked part of it as a vegetable but we have almost all of it left. I think that I'll steam all of it and then mix some with spareribs, some with soba noodles for yakisoba. The rest... Sign in to see full entry.
