If you are really thirsty for truest of peace. Whether you live on the streets or have billions of dollars or live on a space station, you still have to take one breath at A time, not 2 or 3 or 4. This breath is free it's a gift. This life is free and playing here on earth is a gift. Forget about the next life, your here now, your conscious now, with each new, perfect, breath you take extends your life, till the next one, and the next one. If it was meant to be learned from some book then we all would have tech. info. attached to our toes when we came out of mommy. Forget about the books. Feel your own life. Feel your breath come to an all important you.
