Michigan must have a whole brain while Florida only has a brain stem...

Thanks to CC for sending this. Does this not make perfectly good sense? Is there a reasons Florida lawmakers cannot adopt something as sensible? Michigan bill would ban medical decisions if adultery is involved... Sign in to see full entry.
