As of 12.28am - 03/22/05 - there is still no answer from the Federal Court (note from AJ: the foot-dragging judge has since ruled against re-inserting the tube--the length of time he took to make his decision "official"... Fighting those hidden (and NOT so hidden) agendas that cheapen life (some even involved in spins that will try to convince the public otherwise).
