An Unforgettable first night Rosh Hashana
This year despite the fact that Nir had been rather horribly sick, I was looking forward to Rosh Hashana, our New Year. We had been invited out to four meals and I did not have to get food in and cook but had to grace the tables of good friends and just enjoy their company and the Chag, go to shule and listen to the shofar as well as davening (praying ) a little in between looking after my son.
