Roasted Root Veggies

I think I need to plan tomorrows veggies. Simple. Intense flavor. Outstanding. The best pan for roasting veggies, that I have found is the one that comes in the bottom of your oven. Do you always look at the same veggies and thing what the heck am I going to do with this stuff. I have been through phases where I allowed very little butter and salt in my diet and this would really even fit into a category very close to that. Were talking Zucchini
