*popcorn* For Dinner

Sorry I haven't posted here in a few. I have been uninspired. Tonight is no different as I had *popcorn* for dinner, but let me say this is was honest-to-goodness.....cooked on the stove......with salt and butter........ *popcorn*. Mushrooms Broccoli and Bluberries - For Dinner?

Well, it's clean. I can say that tonight. My husband brought home a mushroom pizza from the store. I sliced up some baby bellas and added them as I am a mushroom freak. Roasted Elephant Ears

Well, my plan for roasted root veggies was foiled by the good folks at Publix. I must live by the smallest store with the least variety around. My kitchen was an interesting place today. The Henckels Made Me Do It
