It’s been a lazy day…..and a cooking day. Periodically, I get on a kick to eat healthier, go to the store and purchase some produce, put them in the refrigerator….and actually get in the kitchen within 24 hours to prepare enough food to eat differently, at least for a few days….whether it actually...
