IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO KEEP THIS UP I WILL TAKE IT OFF YOUR HANDS.

Now how would you handle this situation? You own your home, it is paid for but in ill repair and you lost your job. Then the word comes that the city will take it and repair it and the property will now belong to the city. If you had only this to consider the government a monster in this...
