Nobody wants to talk about it. Everybody thinks they understand it. Nobody wants to admit they have it after they really get it and then it is too late to joke about it or stop really understanding it. Let me tell you everything is different than what you think going into this state. Everybody eighty or over does not have dementia of some sort or another.
