IT HAS BEEN A LONG HAUL AND I HAVE CHANGED A LOT
Seventy nine years ago today it was a cold rainy day much like it is today, at least, that is what I was told. My daddy had a high stepping black horse and a fine buggy. No car yet he was a farmer then. It was time to go into town despite the rain. He needed to fetch Doctor Hunt, mama was in labor big time. He first stopped by the neighbor home to get the lady to stay with Mama until he returned. I came into the world that day a whopping 5lbs. Man have I changed over this short 79 year span....
