THEY ARE HEIRLOOM PLANTS!
Today I put some heirloom plants into the ground, pampered them a bit and urged them to hurry along. Oh they are not some valuable antique sideboard worn to the very patina that is rare and valuable this day. No they are lovely old garden flowers. Heirlooms because the woman who gave them to my husband for me, was given them from her mother who got them from her grandmother. Wow! In such a mobile society as this how can that be?
