IS IT BECAUSE IT IS EXPECTED?
If you are a Christian or Jew your Sabot is from Friday evening at sunset until Saturday evening at sunset or all day Sunday. Those are days of rest. You go to church and mostly do nothing else. The number one day for people to lay-out of work is Monday. People are often very tired on Monday. I am not sure why that is. Is it because we are expected to be tired, blue or just not feel well.
