THE SUN IS SETTING ON FALL & I'M COOKING
I am pretty much a coward when it comes to cold weather. The first nip of frost or cold breezes and I go house bound. My husband eats really well in the winter. I make his lunches and freeze them in the fall, enough to last a long time. Today I have a long line of goodies going: Turnip greens, Sweet Potato Medley (apples raisins and such) Mac and Cheese, Meatloaf, Corn Cheese Pudding, Brussel Sprouts, Green Peas and Carrots and Pork Chops (I cut myself from a long tender low fat loin cut).
