TORN GOSSAMER

Once upon a dream. The beginning of each day Sum total of a child’s spirit Value incalculable That propensity for dreaming When did it go? Upon awakening daily Duty, my dreaming precedes Is that maturity? Must it remain forever once upon a time? I’ll wake the child within. From her I’ll learn the lost habits. I’ll again find my way, back into forever. No more dashing dreams like torn gossamer Tomorrow I’ll awaken into my dream. Sign in to see full entry.
