FREEDOM IS A DELICATE POWER Delicate chains wave to and fro Blown by the breath of God Gently in the wind they move Clink, a note, a key, a string of tones Weaves into melodies; music to my heart Sunshine plays a color symphony In the little glass beads on each chain First chain is green, then yellow, on to orange Then red, and blue followed by deep violet A rainbow ballet through my kitchen window A chipmunk scampers a cat in hot pursuit A Robin watches and a mocking bird sings Leaves flurry...
