I WAS GUILTY BUT I AM NOT GUILTY IT IS A MATTER OF TENSE

Back there Yes I see it Could I see out here When I was back there No Now it hurts Why I put pen to paper Your face or even your Face comes across the Pages of my mind I cry Why can’t we turn to the Back of the book of our lives That's the wrong book He gave us a book for all to follow We each come with an instruction book Before I could even read it had a plan I didn’t know and I made a real Mess of things before I pleaded From a contrite heart asking for A fresh new beginning He doesn’t want...
