I'm not sure what was happening here.
It may have been a problem with the transformer that the electric company has up. I took a picture to see if someone else might know the deal. Take a look at the picture I took, and see what you think. Does that look kind of goofy to you? A wino panhandler happened by while I was taking the picture....
