Here I am, again, the bearer of bad news. It seems that the unemployment rate has gone above the 10% mark. Back in 1983 the jobless numbers reached 9.8%, however Reagan was able to turn it all around and did so in fine fashion. Look at what we have now. Experts are predicting it to go even higher...
