The 10 minute Mango Sprout Salad

What’s for breakfast, asks Mahesh, my husband. Sprout salad, I ask? OK, he says. So, I take out the glass jar with the mung sprouts, also spying the glass jar with wheat sprouts (left over from making Rejuvelac). I get those out. Next, I need a bowl.
