"Attack by 2013"??

Does fear have a cost? Who pays the price? If we have an "attack" tomorrow, it is over and we can move forward! If nothing happens between now or after 2013 will this "threat warning" be replaced, forgotten, or simply treated as who cares? One certainty: In that time span we will have lost another...
