Sassy Day
Three meals down today, one to go. New potatoes roasting in the over as I type this (I'm allowed one half cup), fish roasting with Mrs. Dash herbs and green beans steamed in microwave. Sassy water tastes like minty unsweetened lemonade, but it's ok. I'm feeling rather well, though I feel puffier now...
