Still Maintaining...

I don't weigh in officially until Tuesday evening; unofficially, I weigh in on Sunday mornings. My home scale is not utterly reliable, so I weigh in officially once a month when I visit my chiropractor. But I weigh in once a week on my home scale so I can keep track. Maintaining the Progress

I have not yet gained back any of the weight that I lost on my 25-day cleanse/fast/diet. That is encouraging. Phasing Back Into Food

Working Hard Today

I ought to burn a lot of fat today. We've been outside raking leaves and bagging them all morning. It's hard work!
