I can't get to sleep!!

I have to be up at 4:30am tommorrow to get my flight to Ireland. I can't sleep, I've meditated, tried all my relaxation techiques and even counted sheep (kinda fitting considering where I'm going). Nothing is working! Sign in to see full entry.
