Non-Violence and relevance, please help

Dear folks: I am Director of a new non-profit that seeks to promote Martin Luther King, gandhi and Thoreau's ideas of non-violent action in the world. These words may be used, but they don't exist ... a short list

NAUSEATING: some makes you/one NAUSEOUS, and someone talks nauseatingly. Like the word "pain" and "paining" - the first exists, but you/one finds things "painful" or one has "pain" never the present participle.
