Who are the real atheists?
This is a request/post from one I wrote in 2004. Then, I received no answers. Perhaps three years later, more bloggers are willing to share opinions. I hope U will not be punished.shalom ------------------- Daily Beard or Daily BREAD? Many of us hate Fidel Castro and his beard. It represents...

Viva Koriani: Question really is, Whose Polytheism? Answer: YOUR'S
In all my years of research and writing, I have yet to hear an African or "non-Christian" say s/he believed in many gods. So the sin of polytheism is not theirs, but ours. Every single one there says clearly, God is One! We became so caught up in our own propaganda - especially during colonialism -...

We may be sinners, but is there agreement about Baptism? And when?
A central pillar of Christianity is that all human beings are sinners by virtue of the Fall. Or was it the vice of the Fall? If it is true that all of us have been touched by original sin, then all denominations ought to practice infant baptisms. Yet, this doesn't happen. Can we have it both ways....

A man finds that GOD teaches us sinners true repentance and wisdom
LEARNING BY WATCHING NATURE: At first glance at pelicans, well…. There is no glance. Don McCullough found them embarrassingly unattractive and even “an evolutionary prank” at the end of a long day during Creation. Also at first glance, McCullough would have been a likely person to know about...

$INNER$!This post rightfully belongs here; apologies for misposting earlier
SINNER? "It is the sin to call human beings sinners." As my profile intimates, I value each religion and path that teaches peaceful coexistance on our fragile planet. I have prayed in almost every conceivable Church, temple and holy center in South Africa, the US, the UK and last year, for the very...

God may yet prefer George BUSH to John KERRY. Here's why and how...
I've seen the Light: Vote Bush 04; Bloggers persuaded me God may prefer George Bush to John Kerry. THIS IS NOT SHOCKING; I SUPPORTED GEORGE BUSH IN 2000. HE APPEARED THE MORE CREDIBLE and likeable of the two candidates. He appears more committed to a set of ideas, than is John Kerry. Last time...

learning about constructive criticism & healing from the BABEMBA of Africa
The Babemba of Southern Africa do NOT punish wrongdoers We may learn about constructive criticism and healing our families and neighbors from some apparently less developed societies. The Babemba people seem NOT to want to punish a wrongdoer or "criminal". Their alternative is the best I've heard of...

Freely describe your favorite lover and/or position; don't HATE Jesus!
I read an old post, from 2003, that said in the language of brigandage: "Jesus was an Idiot." Such arrogance can only come from a distorted view of what is free speech, and what is the benefits of democracy. Can we not respect the great teachers of the Past, even if we disagree with him or her?...

Daily Beard or Daily BREAD?
Many of us hate Fidel Castro and his beard. It represents radicalism to some. Does that make Jesus and so many religious leaders, prophets and gurus, communists? There are habits and ways of thinking we inherit as Americans that defy logic. Unless we are the disciples of Clinton, the model of...
