Clandestine operations are the norm for those in control who put together the efforts of individuals whose dedication to an honourable cause, is cheated when their workings are chosen to bring terror to those whom it chooses. Like a hungry Lion who paces the Earth, thinking whom will I devour today it unleases evil to further it’s cause. But one man, Billy Rae must take out this agencies deadly evil arsenal. His timing and methods are his own, as he takes control of events that ensure the stalking of those in high places. Now invisibile from the agency, under their assumption that he is dead, gives Billy the ultimate cover he needs to bring down this monster. He shall ensure that the agency will ensnare itself. And like a ghost righting a wrong, his spirit dissappears when the evil is taken out. He counts the Tally in the Long Grass.
