I had a bad day

Actually a decent day turned bad in just 5 minutes and nothing that happened before or after matters... no ones dead or hurt, and it isn't even something I am at liberty to talk about, but my life should be back to normal within 24 hours.. until then, I just feel like I am holding my breath.
