Man rejects first penis transplant...due to a severe psychological problem.
So much to say......so little time....... Chinese surgeons have performed the world's first penis transplant on a man whose organ was damaged beyond repair in an accident this year. The incident left the man with a 1cm-long stump with which he was unable to urinate or have sexual intercourse. The Secret Service is going to repair the fence around the White House!
Three contractors are bidding to fix the White House fence. One is from Chicago, another from Kentucky and the third, Florida. They go with a White House official to examine the fence.
