Stem cell 'miracles'

There have been a lot of ads on Facebook lately inviting people to come listen to providers of stem-cell therapies. They suggest their therapy offers real cures for nerve damage ailments, joint disease, and other things. I did some homework: looked up the companies online, looked up articles in the field of stem cell research and therapies.
