Breakfast... and Second Breakfast
This was one of those mornings when I wake really, really hungry! and yet, still too groggy to do anything complicated. The temptation is great to head straight to toast and all those carbs I am trying to avoid. Happily, I had some lovely big black olives in the fridge, and they nicely sufficed--for a while! Long enough to check my emails and blogs and facebook... Around 10, I started thinking about real breakfast. Here's what happened: I baked some salmon that I caught fresh in the store...
