Movie Night: BLADE RUNNER 2049
I watched the first BLADERUNNER back in the 80s at a theater, on the big screen. It was so good, yet such a dark, rainy, dismal atmosphere throughout, when I left the theater I did a double-take at the clear evening sky, that rich late-evening blue... This sequel set 30 years after the first, the atmosphere is not only still dismal, but it is wholly believable that the world has further deteriorated from that time, one can see the slow decline.
