Shiny!
I promised myself I might go this evening to a poetry reading/open mic event on campus, and was disappointed when I realized at 8:10 that I'd forgotten about it starting at 7:30. I had thought maybe I'd take a poem and read at the open mic but now I'd show up when it was nearly over: I'd missed the chance. Feeling let down, I went back online and there was a notice in my email about it, and it said the event was going on until 10! So... should I go, should I not? If I did, should I read? I could...
