Final English Morning
The old cat is snoring softly on the wide stone window ledge; outside, a bit of blue glows through soft misty cloud and there is a bit of rosy gold on the clouds. My packing is nearly done, regretfully heavy, but I won't have to strain my back to get it downstairs: Other, younger backs will do that. In this two weeks I have not done as much shopping as another week would have afforded, not coming home this time with interesting foods and clothing items for the costuming collection. but there are...
