Early September with surprises and expecteds
Well, 90s again today, with snow forecast for next Tuesday. And doves today! Yep, the doves are back! They came by yesterday, and are back today making a few adjustments to the nest, so I'm thinking they will be around a month or so, new chicks ready to fly around my birthday. Maybe they know the cold is coming, though that snow won't last the day. I will have to bring in the plants by Monday night. That will include the pots of herbs and other back-porch items.
