Christmas Day
...started early, and I feel the post-Christmas nap coming on. We had our big fancy meal last night at Red Lobster, and the leftovers made a fantastic shrimp/scallop/lobster salad for lunch today. Charlie used a sweet bourbon vanilla bread to make french toast for breakfast. Through the day, there have been snacks. Here it is 7pm, and not surprisingly, there is no hunger for dinner. 10:45 pm Now we're hungry... The snacks have finally worn off. So, steamed broccoli, and chicken simmering in...
