When the landlord came by to install new, water-efficient toilets and get the new lease signed, he also started the process of replacing a window that was cracked when I moved in a few years ago, and since actually broke with a piece of it sitting on the sill. It will take two weeks from the day they came and replaced the broken one with plastic. This was fine until high winds the other night kinda took down some of the plastic.
